3. Health & Fitness Information

6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your LEVEL+ account and associated personal data at any time.
You can do this by:

Once your request is received, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

LEVEL+ may use cookies or similar technologies to support platform functionality, security and performance.
8. End User License Agreement (EULA)
By creating an account or using the LEVEL+ app, you agree to comply with LEVEL+’s End User License Agreement.
The EULA explains the terms under which you are permitted to access and use the app, including your responsibilities, acceptable use, subscription terms, intellectual property rights, account restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and termination rights.
LEVEL+ uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the Apple App Store. You can review Apple’s standard EULA here:

If LEVEL+ provides any additional terms, those terms will apply together with Apple’s Standard EULA and this Privacy Policy.
You must accept the EULA before using the app. If you do not agree with the EULA, you should not create an account or continue using the LEVEL+ platform.
